1. Research
Cycle Lane Utilization Study-Rwanda
An applied research project investigating the factors influencing the underutilization of dedicated cycle lanes in Rwanda. The study combined field observations, user surveys, and statistical analysis to identify barriers to cycling and provide evidence-based recommendations for improving active mobility and sustainable transport.
2. irap Road safety assessment
iRAP Road Assessment-Rwanda
Supported Rwanda’s national road safety assessment program by conducting road surveys, road attribute coding, quality assurance, and data analysis. The project contributed to Star Rating assessments and investment planning, helping identify infrastructure improvements to enhance road safety across the national road network.
3. Road safety awareness campaings
Road Safety Awareness Campaign for Secondary School Students
Designed and delivered interactive road safety awareness campaigns for secondary school students to promote safe road user behavior. Through presentations, discussions, and practical demonstrations, the initiative increased awareness of traffic risks and encouraged a stronger culture of road safety among young people.
Road Safety Awareness Campaign for primary School Students
Delivered engaging road safety education programs for primary school students through interactive lessons, practical demonstrations, and age-appropriate activities. The campaign promoted safe pedestrian behavior, road-crossing skills, and awareness of traffic risks, helping children develop lifelong road-safety habits.
4. Traffic Impact assessment
Traffic Impact Assessment for a Commercial Development
Conducted a comprehensive Traffic Impact Assessment to evaluate the potential effects of a proposed development on the surrounding road network. The studies analyzed existing and projected traffic conditions, assessed access and circulation, and recommended measures to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable transport operations.

GoBUS250-Smart Public Transport Platform
Developed an innovative digital platform to modernize intercity bus travel in Rwanda by simplifying ticket booking, passenger information, and journey planning. The project integrates digital ticketing, operator management tools, and real-time travel information to improve convenience, operational efficiency, and the passenger experience.
